Quantum Solutions for Infrastructure, Water & Energy
Can quantum help solve the challenges facing our essential systems?
Infrastructure, water and energy systems are becoming more complex every year. Organisations face increasing pressure from ageing infrastructure, grid congestion, climate change, resource constraints and growing demands for resilience and sustainability.
At the same time, quantum technologies are rapidly advancing.
This call brings together end users, technology providers and quantum developers to explore where quantum can create meaningful value and accelerate the development of new solutions.
Problem first. Technology second.
The Quantum Solutions Forward Challenge is designed to identify and develop promising quantum-enabled solutions for real-world challenges.
The challenge starts with a problem, not a technology.
Participants work together to explore:
What problem needs solving?
Where can quantum technologies create value?
What would a viable solution look like?
What is needed to make it a reality?
The goal is to move from promising ideas to validated opportunities with a path towards implementation and impact.
Start with a challenge. Build a team. Explore the opportunity.
The first step is not developing a solution. The first step is identifying a real challenge and bringing together the right people to investigate whether quantum technologies could help address it.
We are looking for organisations and experts who want to explore questions such as:
Can this challenge be solved more efficiently?
Can better decisions be made with improved insights or optimisation?
Can monitoring, modelling or prediction be improved?
Could quantum technologies create value that is not possible today?
You do not need to have all the answers. You only need a relevant challenge and the ambition to explore it together.
