Preparations for the next set of Quantum Forward Challenges are underway.
Quantum Forward Challenges are designed to help build a stronger, more connected quantum value chain. The upcoming challenges will address both application-driven opportunities and supply-side bottlenecks in the Dutch quantum ecosystem. Further details will follow the summer holidays, with the aim of opening the first calls shortly afterwards.

Quantum Solutions Forward Challenges
Quantum Solutions Forward Challenges connect the quantum sector to end-users in the application domain. The next challenge will address opportunities in the Infrastructure, Water, and Energy sectors.
The upcoming open call will start with a 4-6-month feasibility phase to define the value of use cases within the domain, assess technical feasibility, and develop roadmaps, including a proof-of-concept and next steps.
The final scope and application details will be available in the formal call documentation.

Quantum Supply Forward Challenges
Quantum Supply Forward Challenges strengthen the supply side of the quantum value chain through system integration and independent benchmarking. The first challenge in this series will be the Reliable Performance Challenge, aimed at improving the reliability of integrated quantum computing systems.
